    318 normally 4th but on another run 284 doesn’t go passed 3rd due (sattelite) 254 flip flopped with 247 when they moved to 245 As for 103, Well when 101,113,132,156,157,169,170,172 and 176 are restricted from relocating, The relocators gotta come from somewhere.
