The Officer Involved The MVA was in a pursuit, the perps vehicle rammed the RMP causing him to go off the road & into the woods. Off Duty Nassau County Police Officer got the perp in cuffs, while Suffolk County Police Where Helping The Involved Officer, SCPD did get a Officer to the NCPD PO’s Location & transported the perp to another hospital for treatment.
