Location: 153 E 125 street - City MD

Patient at City MD with Vomiting, Fever and Tachycardia. Just returned from Uganda.

EMS Citywide 1 [1127] Conditions 10 to citywide, be advised we have found two patients possible exposure to ebola, requesting the full haztac compliment, staging will be on 125 between third and lex, units not to make contact with anyone in the building

EMS Citywide 1 [1129] Haztac 1 anyone operating on this scene make sure they are using universal precautions

EMS Citywide 1 [1130] Conditions 10, taking over medical branch for 1479, go ahead and make this a 10-80, very high risk exposure from Ebola

EMS Citywide 1 [1131] Haztac 1! Keep it a 59 for now its most likely NOT Ebola

EMS Citywide 1 [1131] 10-59, MCI transmitted for 153 East 125th Street

Manhattan Fire [1210] Hazmat 1 on your frequency responding

HazMat 1, E44 w/ HMTU 44, HT2, 01H Heading to Bellevue to set up

EMS Citywide 1 [1226] 01H 10-84 at Bellevue

EMS Citywide 1 [1233] Medical Branch Box 1479, releasing 11A back into the 911 system as well as all units standing by at Bellevue, they are free to go, 10H and 07R are going to be transporting two patients they will give a signal when ready

EMS Citywide 1 [1237] Medical Branch Box 1479, 07R and 10H are 82 to hospital 02, total of two patients being transported, no other patients at the scene. Scene secured.
