Address: Intersection of Franklin Ave and Montgomery Ave
Initially BC38 was using 2 and 2 for this incident at the Seaview cleaning facility - minor tank explosion - some vapors were being released from a damaged hose - BC 38 cancelled the Hazmat response and indicated the Squad and Rescue were evaluating the situation. DC15 directed that Hazmat continue in. EMS rsponded for one person with respiratory complaint.
