0553 - Bn. 19 - Using 2x2, investigating a smoke condition.

0555 - Bn. 19 - Transmit the 10-75. Fire in the store, unknown location.

L-27 FAST - E-46 4th Engine

0558 - Bn. 19 - All Hands - Fire on the 1st floor, 1 L/S/O, 1 line being stretched to the 2nd floor. Searches are in progress, trucks opening up.

0600 - Bn. 19 - Primaries are negative on the floor above.

0604 - Div. 7 - Extra Engine and Truck (E-43, L-59).

0609 - Div. 7 - Transmit a 2nd Alarm for box 4794.

0614 - Div. 7 - 2 L/S/O, we have fire extended from the store on the 1st floor to the ceiling of the 2nd floor. Primaries are negative on the 1st floor.

0625 - Div. 7 - 4 L/S, 3 L/O, we have fire in the void in the "A" line with smoke in the cockloft. Trucks opening up, searches in progress.

0626 - Div. 7 - Extra Engine and Truck on the 2nd Alarm (E-88, L-38).

0639 - Div. 7 - 6 L/S, 5 L/O, we have fire in the void on all floors. Smoke, but no fire in the cockloft. Primaries are negative throughout. DWH

0642 - Div. 7 - Transmit the 3rd Alarm

0644 - FCB - Staging on the Grand Concourse north of East 179 Street.

0652 - Div. 7 - 2 additional Trucks (L-37, L-19).

0710 - FC - Secondaries are negative on floors 2-5. In progress on the lower floors. We have (1) 10-45 code 4.

0713 - FC - PWH - Duration 1 hour 29 minutes.

0719 - FC - Make this a 10-41 code 1, unknown cause of fire. Notify the Board of Health for a deli on the 1st floor.

0726 - FC - Under Control - Duration 1 hour 42 minutes.

0733 - FC - One additional Truck for salvage (L-48).
