-MN to FC... as of 03:24, the third rail has been de-engergized on tracks 19, 20, and 21. Still working on de-energizing the third rail on Track 18 as well as hotel power and canternary 03:33

-B10 to FC on the 800 MHz...transit is sending a Rep to the CP, they want to resume service on A and E before the incident in the station and have the passengers exit away from the incident (-FC 10-4 I'll let Car 9 know now) 04:16

-FC as per Car 9...fire has been extinguished. Currently awaiting the arrival of a ConEd backhoe to remove construction plates to help in venting. Probably Will Hold 04:19 1 hour 55 mins

After hours he goes home & his FF stays in the local FH nearby.....how the actual notification happens ......probably phone or pager....i would think that his response to a Third Alarm was his call & probably based on a high profile location like Penn Station.
