Appears the Giant has awoken in the last few weeks.

In the 80s and 90s, that Giant NEVER slept. As a buff, that was the neighborhood that I saw dozens and dozens of jobs in. Those companies like 92/44, 68/49, 50/19, E42, Sqd 41, R3, and B17 were regular performers in those streets.
