That's the micromanaging of the 3rd division.  Some good division Chiefs.  Some not so good

Rotflmao....and also returning all units not on the scene ......Chiefs are so afraid of being questioned....embarrassing to have all those units for a can job.  Just have an answer worthy of your decision.  10-77 is biggest waste of manpower that we have.
