-L165 Urgent 10-75 heavy fire second floor 01:23
-B54 All Hands upon arrival, request an Extra Engine and Truck. Fire in a 2.5-story peaked roof PD. Exposures(1-street, 2-similar detached, 3-rear yard, 4-similar detached). 1 line being stretched, trucks are working on gaining entry 01:23
-B54 have 155 report to the front of the building, we need the TL in front of the building. We have 2LSO, notify utility we need power shut to the building. Also possible extension to exposure 4. Soaking it down trying to keep it from spreading 01:27 8 mins
-QN to R2 and Sq288, remain in service 01:29
-B54 3LS 2IO, still heavy fire on the second floor. We have water on the fire, searches are in progress, Doubtful ATT 01:30 10 mins
-QN to D14...remain in service 01:33
-B54 primary searches in the basement and on the first floor are complete and negative. They are delayed on the second floor due to a heavy fire condition. We do have water on the fire, the fire is darkening down. Doubtful (-QN to B54...Medical Branch Resources are responding) 01:33 13 mins

-E302 have EMS respond to 118-14 189 st. We have members of the house staying here overcome with smoke and have asthma. Request a CFR-D Engine 01:53
-D13 we're gonna have to transmit a Second Alarm. There's pockets of fire that still need to be extinguished and we need relief. Give us the balance of the assignment, I know the 54 called for a few extra engines and trucks. No special units, just the remaining engines 02:00
-D13 have the engines respond into the CP 02:06
-D13 primaries are complete and negative throughout. Still exposing pockets of fire in the cockloft. Requesting a sander or a salter from the sanitation department 02:16 56 mins
-D13 secondaries are in progress. Be advised, we've just been informed that EMS is treating some victims that were in the building that had evacuated. We'll get back to you with the numbers and codes, it's mostly smoke inhalation to my knowledge 02:24 1 hour 4 mins
