Do BARB assignments take in one way streets as a factor? It seems 16/7 would have to make a left out of quarters and travel all the way to Lex then to 23 St and make a left if you're following one way streets. I know generally 16/7 would just go against traffic on E29 St to 2nd Ave. Just wondering if BARB takes that into account?

At the time I was referring to 16 would go against traffic on E.25 street to second avenue and make a right. The truck would take E.28 street from quarters to 2nd avenue and make the right. E.28 street was one way going east so they had no problem with oncoming traffic. I'm sure they go against traffic today coming from their combined quarters on E.29 street conditions permitting. Of course back in the day there was no BARB.
