Report of a fire in a 46 story OMD

10:02  10-77

L 24 FAST

10:34 Fire is in the ductwork.  We have water on the fire, and checking for extensions.  PWH

Assuming Rescue 1 was on the Box 1st due, the rundown could be:

1-1-798 Assignment:

Engine 34, Engine 54
Ladder 21, Ladder 4
Rescue 1
Battalion 9

10-77-798 Assignment:

Engine 26, Engine 1(High-Rise Nozzle), Engine 23(CFRD), Engine 3(High-Rise Unit/Vent Support)
Ladder 24(F.A.S.T.), Ladder 35, Ladder 2
Battalion 7, Battalion 8, Battalion 3(Safety)
Division 3

I only got a partial of the 10-77 assingment as follows:

B-8
E-1 HRN
L-35
L-2
B-3 Safety
E-23 CFR
 
BN-9 gave the 10-75 and reported they were trying to locate the fire.

R-1 gave a 10-84 after BN-9 gave the 10-75

10:13..D-3, we have a smoke condition on a 2nd fl setback over a stage area,still trying to locate fire.

10:21..D-3, fire in the ductwork from a theater which terminates at the roof. Still have not located the seat of the fire & do not have H2O on it yet.
