Fire on the 6th floor of a 15 story 50x175 MD.

1505 - L-102 - "Urgent" - Transmit the 10-75.

L-108 FAST - E-217 4th Engine

1507 - Div. 11 - Due to the height of the building, transmit the 10-77.

1509 - Bn. 57 - We have fire out the window on the 6th floor. Attack stair "B". We have control of the door, awaiting the line to be stretched before we enter.

1513 - Bn. 57 - All Hands - We have water on the fire.

1517 - Div. 11 - AVFKD, Primaries are negative in the fire apartment and fire floor. DWH

1520 - Div. 11 - Searches are negative in the A & B stairwells. PWH - Duration 19 minutes.

-57V is establishing staging at Classon and Dekalb. Best access is on Classon 15:10

-57V total patient count is 0, fire operations are ongoing 15:21

-MB0698 we'll hold with the units on-scene. You can 10-87 all the incoming units 15:29

-MB0698 fire operations are ongoing and deescalating. We'll continue to hold with 21H and 57V. We're releasing C32 15:32

-28V we've been released by Medical Branch, show us 10-98 15:38

-Car515 I'll be taking command. We'll hold with the units on-scene, potential is low to public safety personnel and civilians. Fire operations are ongoing but deescalating 15:48 39 mins

-Car515 you can clear me from this, C31 will give you a final on this in a few minutes 16:01

-MB0698 fire activities have concluded. Total patient count is 0. Scene is secure, you can show myself, 32D, and 57V available 16:02 53 mins

Actually, Conditions 31 (MB0698 at the time) cancelled any units not on-scene at 15:29, about 20 minutes into the operation. This left only 2 ambulances actually on-scene for most of the time with the rest going in-service.

The standard EMS response for an MCI 26 (High-Rise Fire) is 4 BLS, 2 ALS plus 3 Conditions Officers and some other units. I only heard 4 of the ambulances on the radio so that rundown is actually incomplete.
