4 persons hanging from a scaffolding on the 6th floor of a 6 story MD.
1148 - E-95 - We have 3 people hanging from a scaffolding.
1151 - E-95 - There are 4 people hanging from the scaffold on the top floor of a 6 story. We have members from Ladder 36 going to the roof to secure the scaffolding and members going up the ariel to start the Rescue.
1153 - E-95 - All 4 victims are secured with their harnesses. (TL-33 special called TL)
1155 - E-95 - All 4 victims are secure and being rescued at this time.
1200 - Bn. 19 - 1 victim was rescued via the ariel ladder and 3 were removed via the roof. We used All Hands - Under Control
1205 - Bn. 19 - We're going to continue to operate with E-95, E-43, L-36, L-59, TL-46, & S-61. All other units can take up. We need Department of Buildings.
