Always stinks to miss a first due job (168/84) due to something else... What are the odds they're on a run at the time of this one... Musta been pissed  ;D

This townhouse devlopment is a prime example of the newer lightweight construction on the island, elsewhere too. Although this development isn't brand new, it's still newer. Lightweight connected townhouses pose for great extension threats had this fire spread from more than just the laundry room. Back in November there was a second alarm on the opposite side of the island in a devlopment similar to this. Wood and siding are almost all of the materials used to build these houses and if one goes, the threat that the neiboring too will in time go as well. Gotta be careful with these, they plague the south shore of SI.
