-L150 10-75 we have fire out the second floor windows Collier's mansion we are familiar with the box 22:29
-B54 Extra 1&1 fire out the windows make one ladder a TL (E298 and TL127 ) and it is All Hands 22:32
-B54 we have fire out the 1 and 2 floor windows of a 2.5 story peaked roof PD 2LS 1IO 22:34
-D13 is 10-84 22:36
-D13 we have heavy fire on the 1 and 2 floors with it through the roof we are setting up TL162 now send another FAST truck 2LSO now 22:39
-D13 we have 3LSO and are setting up a second TL we are moving to an exterior operation 22:43
-D13 we have 3LSO 2TLs set up the fire is darkening down we are making good progress. The searches will be delayed due to Collier's Mansion and heavy fire. Also have the utilities respond 22:47 21 mins
-D13 have a thawing apparatus respond to this box please 22:50
-D13 we have 4 handlines and 2 TLs in operation. We are making good progress with a good positive water source but still have the Thawing Apparatus (TA97 from da Bronx) come in just in case and still doubtful and transmit a Second Alarm for relief because most of the engines are freezing up but we do not need any extra units, only the balance of the engines 22:58 31 mins
-Queens to D13 there is a 30 min eta for electric utility and gas said first available crew and we gave you the full assignment because the fire is doubtful 23:04
-D13 we are going Probably Will Hold the fire is darkened down we are just using the TLs to hit pockets of fire and you can turn around all the chiefs from the Second Alarm 23:14 47 mins
-D13 we are going to shut down the TLs and continue to use the handlines. We are going to begin to conduct searches and are transmitting a 10-41c1 can I have a mixer-off message (summoned Marshals and for fire on arrival) 23:24 57 mins
-D13 this fire is Under Control and we are conducting primaries now which will be greatly delayed due to the Collier's Mansion and heavy fire load. D13 is 10-8 and B54 is the IC 23:40 1 hour 13 mins
-B54 requesting an extra 1&1 (E331 L135?) for fire watch the engine will relieve E304 00:13
