Battalion 9 reporting using A/H for a haz-mat. incident involving a leaking O2 tank. Battalion 9 reporting a jumper down from a high-rise landed on the tank causing it to rupture. Companies attempting to locate what floor the victim jumped from.

Battalion 9 reporting in the process of contacting the vendor. Victim has been pronounced by EMS.

0412 - Div. 3 - We are awaiting a new tank to be installed by the O2 company, their ETA is 8 hours. We will hold 1 engine, 1 truck, and a battalion until it is replaced, Engine 44, TL-35, Bn. 9. Please rotate with a Haz-Tech Engine and a Truck. PWH - Duration 2 hours 22 minutes.
