Batt. 12 reports: At Box 1407, We had an explosion in a 5 Story Brick Tenement with a subsequent
collapse. We have No Fire ! Large explosion with major damage to ( 2 ) buildings we?re operating
at. We have multiple casualties to civilians, and we have ( 1 ) Firefighter down with serious injuries.
