FDNY policy that requires a Satellite to respond upon the receipt of a 7-5 (All Hands) i certain parts of the city. All Staten Island box have Sat 5 respond on the All Hands. This is due to a poor water supply.

First of all the fire building is 2/5 miles from 52's quarters and not down the street from their quarters. Fire Hydrants are far away from each other and they were community property at one time and not owned by the city.

Also assigned on the 10-75 in City Island, Edgewater Park as well as the Whitestone Bridge.
