10/12/13 Queens AH House Explosion Box 9676

Queens Box 9676 87-40 124 st between 89 ave and Jamaica Ave

-Reported house explosion 01:03,
-Sq 270 10-75 fire in the basement  01:05,
-B51 AH fire in basement 25x50 2 story frame, we are removing all members from the building structural conditions questionable at this time start out buildings 01:12 10 mins,
-B51 we have a new address and have a priority response from gas, water, and gas utilities 01:13, 
-D13 we have 1 10-45nc all units backed out due to structural instability and are attempting to do  searches we had an apparent explosion in basement where the 10-45 was found 14 mins 01:15,
-D13 EMS made 10-45c3 evacuating exposure 2 the walls on the exposure 1&3 side have bowed out awaiting Buildings Dept to continue searches and no real fire condition at this time 01:24 22 mins,
-D13 S/C TL142 and National Grid for gas, QN Dispatcher to D13 DEP has a crew en-route, ConEd is 10-84 and now just waiting for Buildings Dept and National Grid 01:35,
-D13 exposures are 1-street, 2-similar detached, 3-yard, 4-driveway, we have another 10-45c4 National Grid is on the scene and searches cannot be completed due to instability of the building 01:50 49 mins,
-D13 we have 2LS precautionary in front of the building National Grid is on scene and there is an odor of gas, National Grid may need to excavate and we are remaining doubtful Buildings Dept has a 40 min eta 02:09 1h8mins,
-D13 there is one line as a precaution we will hold Sq270 E308 L142 L126 and B51, National Grid will excavate the site and this will be an extended operation incident is PWH 02:20 1h19mins,
-D13 still waiting for Building Dept, National Grid is excavating and capping the leak 02:50,
-D13 National Grid has completed capping the leaks and Buildings Dept will begin their evaluation shortly 03:41 2h40mins,
-D13 we made a primary search with Building Dept which was negative, this incident is Under Control and placing PD in charge of security 03:58 2h56 mins

10-75, AH, 10-45c3, 10-45c4, PWH, UC,

Sq270(1st), E308(2nd), L142(1st), L126(2nd), B51, 10-75(E???, L151FAST, R4, B50, D13, ), TL142

L165 is acting L126, E331 is acting E318, E299 is acting E294, L154 is acting L143, E295 is acting E292,

Thank you very much nfd2004. That means a lot coming from a pro on this website. Now if only my little brother and sister would think that when they see me frantically writing or typing things with my scanner on a little too loud!

Ladder 143 must have been out, This is probably one of their last first due boxes to the east.
