thank you it is what it is  question why is 13 fast n B10 10-75 chief if the other units are closer and also why 4 trucks?

My guess would be that 13 was on another Box.  L-35 was a special call truck for a fire in a wall prior to the All Hands.  4 truck would be traveling a distance from 8th Ave.  You may even see L-25 before L-4. Rac-1 was assigned but released and sent to the job up town on Audubon and W188

Can L25 get across central park from the west side to the east side without having to circumnavigate the park on the outside??
