White Powder Haz-Mat Incident
1104 - Bn. 45 - Using All Hands for 8-9 people contaminated with a white powder from an envelope. Victims are isolated on the 4th floor.
1106 - Bn. 45 - Have the next due Engine set up Decontamination with E-259. No Decon Task Force is needed at this time. Evacuating everyone from the building.
1229 - Bn. 45 - All PD resources are now on scene. Two persons came in direct contact with the substance. Under Control.
