SI to E163: R5 and BC22 assigned
E163 to SI: We’re 10-84. There is an overturned ambulance. PD and EMS are on scene.

*Victim originally was struck by car on Jewett Avenue, critically injured. Then, after ambulance arrived and packaged victim, the ambulance was struck by a car a few blocks from the scene. Victim succumbed to injuries. E163 was probably assigned to the initial pedestrian struck and then reassigned to this new box moments later - same victim. *
