1256 - Bn. 10 - All Hands - 1 L/S/O, water on the fire. Primaries will be delayed.  Attack stair is the Rear Service Stairs.

1301 - Bn. 10 - MBFKD, primaries are in progress.

1313 - Div. 3 - Primaries are negative on both floors of the fire apartment and the stairwells from the ground floor to the roof.  Trucks still opening up.  DWH

1322 - Div. 3 - Primaries are negative throughout.  PWH - Duration 35 minutes.

1332 - Div. 3 - Make this a 10-41 code 1.  Under Control - Duration 46 minutes.

I believe that you are correct and that TL-13 was the 1st due Truck.  I adjusted my rundown.  L-25 was on the initial ticket as the 2nd Truck but was unable to get out of their block, due to construction.  They were replaced by L-43.  L-16 was unavailable. 

There was obviously other activity in the area.  E-22 & E-39 were not assigned until the 10-77 transmission.
