1337 - Car 6A - We have 2 L/S, none in operation.  Still searching for fire.

1338 - Bn. 8 - 1 L/S, we had a sprinkler activation, still checking for fire.

1344 - Div. 3 - All Hands - The fire is on the 4th floor.  Stretching lines now.

1347 - Div. 3 - We have water on the fire, searches underway. 

1350 - Div. 3 - MBFKD, Primaries are complete and negative from the fire floor to the roof.  Send me an Extra Engine and Truck (E-54, TL-35).

1354 - Div. 3 - Secondaries are negative from floors 5 through the roof.  Transmit a 10-41 code 1, undetermined cause.

1357 - Div. 3 - Secondaries are negative throughout.  Notify Dept. of Buildings; the building was under construction.  Go with PWH - Duration 38 minutes.
