Box loaded up due to reports of person trapped in Apt. 3B.

1212 - E-91 - 10-75 the box.

1218 - Bn. 16 - All Hands - 2 L/S, not in operation. Still trying to locate the fire on the 3rd floor.

1220 - Div. 3 - Extra Engine and Truck (E-53, L-30).

1224 - Bn. 16 - Fire Apt. 3B. There is a heavy clutter condition in the fire apartment. Water on the fire. We are removing (1) 10-45 from the fire apartment. Primaries are negative on the floor above. DWH

1226 - Bn. 16 - We need EMS to the front of the fire building forthwith. 

1234 - Div. 3 - Primaries are complete in the fire apartment. Still awaiting the 10-45 code from EMS.

1237 - Div. 3 - The 10-45 is code 2.

1239 - Div. 3 - Requesting another Tower Ladder (TL-22) to respond to St. Nick side.

1245 - Div. 3 - Secondaries are negative in the stairwells and elevators. Secondaries will be delayed in the fire apartment due to heavy clutter. PWH - Duration 35 minutes.

1255 - Div. 3 - Secondaries in the fire apartment are complete and negative. Under Control - Duration 45 minutes.

1310 - Div. 3 - We have a 2nd 10-45, this one is a code 4. Make this a 10-41 code 1.
