Due to the holiday and related events (plus excessive number of drunk young adults currently in the borough), EMS units are stretched beyond limits. Multiple engine companies going 10-99 waiting for EMS. Engine 5 operated for 1 hour 8 minutes before patient finally recovered enough to hop in a cab and they gave a 10-91. If you need an ambulance tonight, you're better off just hopping a cab to the nearest hospital...
