There were reports of people trapped and six 10-45's, does anybody have a rundown? Box is 1252 at Norway Ave. & Kramer Street, does anybody know if the normally assigned 1st Due Engine, E161 was operating tonight? ???

Isn"t Eng 161 one of the companies that closes at night, and is supposed to close permanently ? If that is correct, I"m sure there are at least SIX very happy people that they were there. Getting that first line in place and operating is so very important in saving lives. Am I correct about Eng 161 a company that closes at night and will be closed permanently by next January ?
