Found this on youtube , The title says Ladder 10 on it's way too Brooklyn , Were they going on a Relocation ? Or the Shops ? Anybody know ?

Judging by the lack of lights/siren, and that L-10 has been restricted from Relocation since September or October of last year, I would say they're going to the shops.
