21:16 - Man to E-35: We are putting together a Minor Tactical Response, supposedly the stairs collapsed from first floor to basement and the guy went down.
21:18 Man to B-12: Now reported as a whole flight of stairs collapsed inside. We?re going give you the Major.

21:23 - B-12: We have a Confirmed Set of stairs that collapsed from the 1st floor into the basement. We have one victim. He is conscious and talking to us. We are using 1+2 at this time everyone else can come in on a 10-20.
21:26 - B-12: We?ll go with 1+2 for a 10-31. All Special Units can go 10-8. Victim was able to extricate himself from basement via a ladder.
