Did they end up performing a LSR rescue?

nvm - citizen shows that they had the LSR setup and a member was on the parapet ready to be lowered when the inside team got to the victims at the window.

From the FDNY Facebook page:

“We had a fire at 1414 Bryant Avenue, a three-story building. We had fire on the first floor and people trapped on the third floor. We sent Firefighters up to the third floor to get those people. We have seven non-life-threatening civilian injuries. Two civilians were on the third floor at the rear window, we had difficulty gaining access with ladders to the rear of the structure. We started to set up for a roof rope rescue operation in case we had to pick them up from the window. Luckily we didn’t need to do this, we were able to knock the fire down and bring the people down the interior stairs,” said FDNY Captain Hugh Duffy from the scene of a 2-alarm fire at 1414 Bryant Avenue in the Bronx.
