Kinda posted the same thing SOHO my bad but there hasnt been much info over the radio only time you hear anything is when a Brooklyn company goes to the Manhattan frequency

iirc, 0028 is were an itty bitty park called Hanover square is...and the newsweek building

I think this all has to do with the rallies in lower Manhattan

@ 10:13 BN-1 requested EMS & a CFR Eng. (E-10) for several injured PO's, Box being used
is 0046 for the address 80 Broadway.
