  Normal response to Box 171 is E7, E55, L8, TL1, BC1. I'm not sure if E9 is 3rd due because it cannot travel west on Canal St. between Forsythe St. & the Bowery due to traffic coming off Manhattan Bridge.  Years ago it would've been: E31*, E27*, E7, L8, L1; 2nd Alarm: E13*, E30*, E55, E29*, L20
