Fully involved 2 story 20x60 attached PD under construction.

4-2-S-R due to calls.

1836 - E-324 - 10-75, we can see it from a few blocks out. PD is going to stay with our EMS patient and we are responding in.

TL-138 replaced by L-125 FAST

1837 - E-305 - Fully involved PD, 10-75.

1837 - 151 - 2nd Alarm on Arrival

1838 - TL-138 - We'll respond as a Tower Ladder since there is no other on the box.

1848 - Div. 14 - Special call an additional Tower Ladder to the rear of the fire building (TL-135).

1849 - Div. 14 - Fire throughout a PD. 4 L/S/O.

1855 - Div. 14 - Make this a 10-41 code 4. Apparently, construction crews just left the site and there was heavy volume of fire upon arrival.

1857 - Div. 14 - MBFKD in exposures 2 & 4. Hitting pockets of fire in the fire building. DWH

1916 - FC per Div. 14 - Requsting Con-Ed electric and Nat. grid gas. We have a possible gas fed fire.

1918 - FC - 5 L/S/O, setting up a multiversal in front of the fire building. Primaries and secondaries are negative in exposure 4, primaries are negative in exposure 2. The roof has collapsed in the fire building and this is an exterior operation.

1926 - FC - PWH - Duration 54 minutes.

1932 - FC - Special call 1 Engine and 1 Truck for relief.

1958 - FC - Under Control - Duration 1 hour 27 minutes.

18:33 On the initial alarm E287 became available and was assigned as the fourth Engine

18:35 Rescue 4 and Squad 288 assigned due to volume of calls

BC39 was the Safety Officer

TL138 was initially the FAST Truck but was told to take a position in front of the building if available as they were the first TL on scene
