1844 - Bn. 45 - PWH - Vehicles are extinguished. Fence is not energized.

Sounded like there were wires down all over the area. That's why there are 5 Engines. The address that they used while transmitting the All Hands was 59-05 52 Avenue.

Saw this on 11 PM TV News and those were NYPD vehicles on fire.
