Bat. 38 transmitting the All Hands for a Transformer explosion in the subway system.  Smoke issuing from several grates on Eastern Parkway.
Command Post at Eastern Pkwy. and Rogers Ave.
Requesting Power off to the South-bound tracks. IRT 3, 4, & 5 lines.

This assignment is correct, the original Box was 1064  Rogers Ave. & Lincoln Pl.  later changed to 7343.
