-B28 Box 4172 fire on the first floor of a 3-story MD. 1LSO, primaries are being conducted, trucks are opening up. Exposures(1-street, 2-similar attached, 3-unknown, 4-similar attached) 03:03 13 mins

-EMS (on CW1) C45 (Medical Branch 4172) staging at Putnam and Fresh Pond, (park at the corner and walk down). Best access is either way up Fresh pond to Putnam, Fire operations continue, no patients to report, potential moderate to high to fire personnel 03:05 1 minute

-B28 the main body of fire has been knocked down 03:06 16 mins

-EMS (on CW1) 5 South 10-84 03:12

-D14 primaries are complete and negative throughout. Probably Will Hold (-QN to D14...EMS is staging at Putnam and Fresh Pond) 03:16 26 mins

-D14 secondaries throughout are complete and negative. Under Control 03:26

-B28 10-41c1 undetermined cause 03:35

-EMS (on CW1) MB4172 Progress report #2, fire operations continue, patient count remains at 0, potential is now moderate to public safety personnel. We'll continue to hold with the current assignment. I'll be turning over Medical Branch operations to C45 03:36 32 mins

Was Squad 288 unavailable?  Normally the Squad is assigned based on the first due Engine.  In this case, Squad 288 would be assigned if E291 is first due

I'm not sure where Sq288 was but the dispatcher said 252 was assigned.

BARB system in play here Closest to the Box, not by Engine Co. as it was.

Sq 252 is the assigned Squad, not 288

I don't think all the SQ boxes link up w/the 1st Due ENG all the time anymore ...i think that the SQ CPTs "exchanged" some boxes that were more suited to the response pattern....not sure how many but this may be an example.
