1755 - L-154 - 10-75, we have fire in a laundry room.

L-136 FAST - E-287 4th Engine

1757 - Bn. 45 - Start out an extra Truck (TL-117).

1758 - Bn. 45 - We were just involved in an auto accident at Roosevelt and 94 Street. Send PD & EMS.

1807 - Bn. 46 - We had a fire in a dryer. AVFKD, primaries are complete and negative.

1810 - Div. 14 - PWH - Duration 20 minutes.

1818 - Div. 14 - Fire was in the basement. 2 L/S, 1 L/O. Secondaries are negative. Under Control - We used All Hands - Duration 29 minutes.

Battalion 45 reported that there were no injured members. EMS was summoned to check the driver of the other vehicle.
