E-311 WITH ASSIGNMENT STAGING FOR SMOKING CARGO, UNKNOWN. CAUSE, PAPD INVESTIGATING, HAZMAT RESPONSE.

UPDATE: PAPD REPORTS LIQUID NITROGEN LEAK FROM TANK INSIDE THE BUILDING, FDNY STILL STAGING.
 
FDNY units denied access by PAPD which refused to provide an escort, later to be reported the tank was outside the building. BC51 & his assignment were staging for atleast 45 minutes to an hour, but were denied the escorts, a division was also assigned.

What would be the reason that the FDNY Units were denied access ? I hope its not some childish kids game of turf battles !!!!!!! I think it's happened before, RIGHT !
 
I don't understand why when they're defined access they stage.  They should just returned to quarters and let PAPD handle it.  If they can't and get in the SH_T they'll call....  Why waste the time and effort staging?

Unfortunatly if fdny leaves and 5 minutes later something happens,you know everyone will blame the fdny for leaving.
 
Same shit...different day....been happening for years....mostly at civilians expense.
 
Whats amazing is that the problem seems to be getting worse? Suprised PAPD don't have there own fire truck's!!

They actually do!  Check out the fifth picture down and this page: PAPD vehicles .  In addition to many of their tow trucks have firefighting capabilities!
