0845 - Bn. 9 - We have multiple manholes smoking with a transformer vault. We also have a power outage in several buildings and several stuck occupied elevators.
0850 - Bn. 9 - We have a complete power outage in several buildings. Checking surrounding properties.
0856 - Bn. 9 - All Hands - We have a 37 story building with multiple stuck elevators. DWH

0907 - Bn. 9 - We have high CO readings in 825 7th Avenue. We have cleared 5 of 7 elevators. The only problem now is in 825 7th AKA 159 West 53 Street. All other properties check out.
