I’ve been thinking the same thing for a while now. 22/13 are always seeing work. You wouldn’t think it being the UES but they do. On the other hand, there are a few zip codes I can think of that should be busier but are not.

Upper East Side is densest population in the City. Lots of people equals lots of chances for something to go wrong.
