22 & 13 have one of - if not the best run to work ratios in manhattan. And work has been steadily picking up again on the Upper East Side over the last couple months.

I’ve been thinking the same thing for a while now. 22/13 are always seeing work. You wouldn’t think it being the UES but they do. On the other hand, there are a few zip codes I can think of that should be busier but are not.
