Ninth Avenue and West 23rd Street

Around 13:50

L 12 reports a scaffolding collapse due to high wind.  No structural damages reported.  One patient being treated by EMS.  Patient was hit by falling debris and wood.

Boxes 617 and 618 are on 23rd St at 8th and 10th Avenue respectively.
