1347 - Bn. 51 - "Urgent - 10-75 the box.

1349 - Bn. 51 - Extra Engine and Truck (E-298, TL-127).

1350 - Bn. 51 - All Hands for an exterior fire that spread to a 2 story flat roof mixed occupancy.

1351 - Div. 13 - Transmit a 2nd Alarm.

1357 - Div. 13 - 3 L/S/O, Trucks opening up.

1359 - Div. 13 - We had heavy fire in 132-12 with extension to 132-10 111 Ave.  MBFKD in 132-12.  We are making progress in 132-12.  DWH

1403 - Div. 13 - All visible fire knocked down, primaries are negative.  PWH - Return all special units on the 2nd.  Keep only the Engines and Trucks.

1410 - Div. 13 - We need Dept. Of Buildings for multiple illegal occupancies.

1415 - Div. 13 - Transmit a 10-41 code 1.  Also requesting Dept. Of Health for a food establishment.

1425 - Div. 13 - Secondaries are complete and negative.  Under Control- Duration 43 minutes.
