Right by that very bad S curve. DOT should install some type of barriers to separate the Northbound from the Southbound. Its too easy for a vehicle to drift over to the other side especially at night.

(1) victim succumbed to injuries. NYPD report states high rate of speed involved. As mentioned above, that curve can be too much at the wrong speed.
