Water Main Break in front of the address.
1103 - Bn. 10 - We need the de-watering unit on scene. We have water in the basements of multiple addresses.
1118 - Bn. 10 - All Hands - We have water in the basements of buildings as far up as East 74 Street. We have the de-watering unit, OEM, DEP, & Con-Ed on scene. DWH
1129 - Bn. 10 - We have a person with a broken ankle at 1349 1st Avenue and is with EMS. DEP reports that the water main has been shut down. The command post is at 1st Avenue at East 71 Street.
1153 - Div. 3 - We have a command channel established and are operating with 2 sectors. Units are checking the buildings. Water is subsiding. PWH - Duration 1 hour 20 minutes.
