Originally came in as a valve alarm,BN-1 requested the box be transmitted due to a smoke condition.

Just curious,why do you feel L-10 could not be the extra truck ? After BN-1 requested an extra E&T the Disp told them it would be E-15 & L-10.

it's not that I feel anything. geographically it shouldn't be L-10. what trucks were assigned on the initial and 10-75?
