High CO readings in a 6 story 50x90 homeless shelter.
1003 - Manhattan - Class 3 Automatic Alarm for 284 Audubon Avenue.
1012 - Bn. 13 - Notify Con Ed that we have CO from a manhole coming into several buildings in the block. We're investigating levels in the buildings.
1014 - Bn. 13 - The manhole that we've been watching all morning at 180 and Audubon just blew. Can we get a priority response from Con-Ed.
1030 - Bn. 13 - We're dropping down to 1x1 with E-93 & TL-45. Other units will be going available.
1037 - Manhattan - We're getting the automatic alarm again for 284 Audubon.
1047 - Bn. 13 - Con Ed has advised us to evacuate the building. Could we get some City buses here for shelter?
1052 - Bn. 13 - We need EMS to respond since we'll have so many people on the street. We also have a church on the block that has agreed to shelter the victims.
1112 - Bn. 13 - Transmit the 10-75. We don't need the Rescue and Squad, but have other units continue. We have high CO readings in a shelter and are in the process of evacuating 174 people. DWH

1114 - Bn. 13 - We are evacuating 284 Audubon and 535 West 179 Street. A total of 176 people.
1127 - Div. 7 - We're going to return the Rescue and Squad. We'll need a Con-Ed supervisor on scene.
1128 - Div. 7 - All Hands - We've evacuated approximately 160 people to a church in the block. Venting the buildings. We're going to use the address of 281 Audubon Avenue. DWH
1133 - Div. 7 - You can cancel the City Bus that was requested through OEM. The address of the church is 281 Audubon. We're evacuating 284 Audubon.
1146 - Div. 7 - Right now, we are using 2x2 and holding the FAST Truck. We're returning Engine 43. We are also evacuating 50 people from 294 Audubon. We have (2) 10-45 code 4's.
1204 - Div. 7 - We're going to drop down to 1x1 with 93 & 45. Battalion 13 will be the incident command. PWH - Duration 2 hours 6 minutes.
1209 - Bn. 13 - We have (1) 10-45 code 3 being transported by EMS. This is in addition to the (2) 10-45 code 4's.
1233 - Bn. 13 - Under Control - 10-25 code 2. All readings are down to 0. Duration 2 hours 35 minutes
