Box Location: Fr. Capodano Blvd & Sand Lane and fire is moving all the way back to Olympia Blvd. & Quintard St.

Just down the block from E161 L81. Staten Island has been extremely busy lately.

  Can you imagine what it would be like on any windy day like today if they disband E161 & E157? ???

G-man forgive me but I do not stay up on SI happenings very often. Are 157 and 161 the companies there are rumors of closures at in SI? I'm not familiar with the neighborhood around 161, but I am somewhat familiar with the neighborhood around 157, and this would be insane!

Unfortunately it went past the rumor stage last year and E161 was one of the evening closure companies. E161 is normally assigned on the 1st alarm to both 12/24/10 brush fires and E161 is 1st due to this one.
