Fire on the 5th floor of a 5 story 20x60 MD.

1710 - TL-7 - 10-75 the box.

L-3 FAST - E-14 4th Engine

1713 - Bn. 6 - Fire in Apt. 4E. One line being stretched, trucks opening up.

1715 - Bn. 6 - All Hands - 2 L/S, none in operation yet.

1716 - Bn. 6 - We have a Mayday. Give me an extra Engine and Truck (E-5, TL-12). Fire in the cockloft.

1719 - Bn. 6 - We believe the Mayday was inadvertent, get back to you. We have water on the fire, trucks opening up. DWH

1722 - Div. 1 - Have the extra Engine respond down East 28 and supply the Tower Ladder. The Mayday has been accounted for.

1723 - Div. 1 - Make this a 2nd Alarm. We have fire in the cockloft and coming out of the cornice.

1729 - Div. 1 - We have heavy fire in the cockloft. Backing companies down to lower floors so we can hit it with a Tower Ladder. We have companies in exposures 2 & 4, checking for extension.

1733 - Div. 1 - We have a Tower Ladder hitting the fire with water. Exposure 4 is clear. We have smoke coming from the cockloft of exposure 2. DWH

1740 - Div. 1 - AVFKD in the cockloft. Sending units in to evaluate. There is no extension to the exposures.

1751 - Div. 1 - 2 additional Trucks (H&L-20, L-11).

1755 - Div. 1 - Searches are negative in exposures 2 & 4. Opening up the roof and removing the cornice.

1757 - FC - Per Division 1. PWH - Duration 51 minutes.

1809 - FC - Make this a 10-41 code 1, unable to determine.

1819 - FC - Secondaries are negative. Under Control - Duration 1 hour 13 minutes.
