E231 Initially Unavailable, EMS Run - Became Available After 10-77 Transmitted.

Right After TL142 Was Involved In MVA, FC Placed The Fire PWH (Return Any Units Not 10-84).. So, Another VSU Was Not Assigned?

(1) Deceased Cat In The Fire Apartment.

Fire was placed PWH and then 142 said they were involved in an Accident. (I believe I can look at the playback) BK then asked FC if they wanted a replacement anyway and dont think I ever heard a response.

2:40:10 - L142 - Minor Collision
2:40:15 - FC - PWH, Return any units not 84.
2:40:55 - BK - L142 was enroute, involved in a Collision, no longer required?
