Because of the location on a dead end road is that the reason for E-284 with Sat 3?
No that?s gotta be because E159 with SAT 5 was unavailable for some reason. E284 with SAT 3 is next closest.

Now, in every other borough the SAT doesn?t respond on the All-Hands. But in SI, the SAT goes on the All-Hands due to SI having less maneuverability/hydrants and because even today SI is still more rural than other boroughs. Maybe someone else can clarify better. There are a lot of south shore SI boxes near wooded areas that resemble areas of NJ or even upstate where the use of a SAT can be helpful.
